First of all, congrats on having high-speed of any kind. I can't
claim any experience with Shaw's high-speed internet services, but
given the poor cable service they provide here, I have little faith
in them.
I really hope this is just me being grumpy, but I figure if they
can't do their basic business right, then I'm not going to expose
myself to any of their more esoteric offerings. Then again, they're
not even looking at expanding into small markets anyway, so this may
just be a case of sour grapes! ;-)
I really hope you keep getting a quality high speed connection. I
will confess to a bit of envy!
