Sorry, but avoiding USPS is JUST PLAIN SILLY!!! You're not going
to get any better than Canada Post's measly $5 charge, and half the time
they forget to charge you, and then you save the GST and PST as well. With
FEDEX you just prepay the brokerage charges, and you still pay the taxes.
