Okay, I am just sending off my application to TD Waterhouse. I will be given a TD debit visa card and have a US account in 2-3 weeks. According to the TD Waterhouse rep, I will have no problem setting up a paypal account once I have this US account set up. For all those here that have TD Canada Trust accounts, you do NOT have to send in the $100.00 dollars that they request on their website. You just send in the application/signature card and photocopies of two pieces of ID and that's it !
