I just checked out Hyperwallet. It appears that a credit card is
required to use this service so it will not be too helpful to me at this
point.

It is unfortunate that so many services revolve around credit cards. I
just want to be able to buy and sell stuff on eBay and have the funds
deposited in to or withdrawn from my bank account via paypal without
needing a credit card.

At this point, after much research on the subject, it seems that the TD
Waterhouse account is going to be the easiest way for me to obtain a
paypal account without credit cards. Surely there are others who prefer
to avoid using credit cards, particularly for on-line transactions ?

Anyway, thank you again for your suggestions !

Amber
