Dear MacDuff and Jeff Sorry to bother you again. I have down loaded an Mac OS X upgrade for Apple works 6 and can not figure out how to open it. It does not appear to be in my HD. I have also downloaded a Max OS X upgrade for my Epson C 60 printer. In Mac OS 9.2.2 I choose it with the chooser. How do I do this with OS X� When I open chooser it comes from 9.2.2 and can�t recognise my printer. Why when I hit the apostrophe key I get � or the question mark key I get �. Can this be prevented�. I use Eudora for e-mail. Finally when I hit Internet connect it always starts with internal modem and I have to switch it to built in ethernet. Is there a way to make it stay in built in ethernet� (you know what � means!) Bob
