Have you tried galaxy?  http://www.galaxyhp.com/ieMac/mem_iemac.html
They have 128 megs for $45 U.S.
Also, I have a 256 meg chip for imacs and g3 powerbooks that I would let go
for next to nothing (since my powerbook will only recognize up to 160 megs
of ram anyway it's kinda overkill for me)...BUT I think it's for slot
loading imacs.  I'll look into and find out, let me know if you might be
interested.
