I've a 128MB PC100 SODIMM for my Wallstreet that only shows
up as 64MB. Turns out the density of the chips on the module
are too great and the laptop memory controller doesn't
recognize the full 128MB. 

If you live in Vancouver, and are interested in trying
this ram in your iMac. I'd be willing to sell it for $40 cad.
Theoretically it should work properly in your machine.
