Phone support is only good for 90 days and I am well beyond that.
It's weird, I took out the battery and put it back in and now it
works. Could there still be problems??

Your warranty includes phone support. They may have a fix for you,
although from the sounds of it I think they will just ask you to
take your computer in to an authorized service center.
