hi
is it a wallstreet or lombard powerbook. if its the wallstreet then make sure
its shutdown and not asleep by removing the battery and power lead then press
shift+function+control+poweron for 5 secounds. if its a lombard it will have
a reset button between the external video and modem port. make sure its
shutdown then press this again for 5 secounds this will reset the power
manager. if this doesn't work i would check the adapter voltage.

hope that helps
mark
