I've only just got into Mac by being given a few older ones: 1x Performa 460 2x Performa 475 1x LC630 1x Performa 6320 all pretty ancient. Plan to have OS 8.x on the 6320 (being PPC it appears to be the fastest I have). The 630 will probably end up with Debian (I've a full 040/33 on the way for it). If I can get a couple more full 030/25 or aboves then I may end up with Debian on one or both of the 475s, but I also have a copy of OS 7.6 to go on one of them. If things go well I definately have the urge to go for something new enough to put OSX on being a Linux user by preference. Currently they are all stacked up ready to be reinstalled when I get the time to work out how though :-( Far to used to x86 hardware I'm afraid although I far prefer OS/2 and Linux to Windows. -- Paul Tansom: - contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] for more information Internet and Intranet Solutions -- http://www.aptanet.com/ -- Mac UK is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and... 123Inkjets.com <http://lowendmac.com/ad/123inkjets.html> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Mac UK list info: <http://lowendmac.com/lists/mac-uk.shtml> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/mac-uk%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Mac?
