There is of course still the biting issue that the fan is rather loud on the eMac. Still, for the �350 saving it's not at all bad. I could nearly have bought 2 for the price i paid for my iMac but at the end of the day it is better, but i'll leave it up to you to decide if it's �350 better...
yup - we had a look at an eMac in John Lewis at lunchtime today, and decided the noise levels were too high - it's one of the things we're already finding annoying about my old G4, especially as work is now louder than it used to be, so our tolerance for fan noise is dropping ;)
