If your just looking for a system that works look no futher than your 7600 :). Using a couple of utilities, available from: <http://eshop.macsales.com/OSXCenter/XPostFacto/> You can install anyrthing up to OS X 10.2.6 on a 7600. I have a 7300 with a 300MHz Sonnet G3 upgrade and a Rage 128 PCI card in and it runs very well, all things considered. If you insist on buying a G3 then make sure you get either a Rev. 2 B&W (major IDE issue - i have the hard disk damage from a Rev. 1 to prove it!) or a Rev. C Beige G3 (erm... another IDE issue!! Slave drives this time i believe). Look on <http://www.xlr8yourmac.com> for more detials.
