But don't John Lewis give a longer warranty? 2 or 3 years FOC?
I almost always use John Lewis for Apple stuff, simply because I know they will take back things I'm not happy with.
I was an early adopter of Psion handhelds - their hardware was pretty unreliable at one stage - john Lewis always exchanged with no quibble.
