That's interesting.  As you paid £57.30 for your renewal (or thereabouts, correct me 
if my sums are wrong), and you had a £15 voucher, that brings the total to £72.30 - 
compared with the quoted membership cost of £68.99.  So you paid more (adding back the 
voucher) but with less VAT.

I'm even more confused now, and still no reply from Apple.
