I really don't understand why this feature was removed from Panther - I used
it all the time. In conjunction with the changes to the UI for accessing
locations on your drives things have definitely been made more complicated
for the new user, and less conveninet for the experienced, in my view.
Hopefully a shareware (or even better freeware) developer will bring out a
simple utility to add back the Favorites feature.
