I have tried to execute a command 'pico' in the "terminal' utility, but the command is not recognized, or the utility cannot be found. I have searched for it and it definitely isn't on my hard disc.
OS X installers are supposed to install developer tools, I understand. I do not see that option on my OS 10.12 disk.
I have searched for the free developers' tools as a download in order to install for 10.1 and cannot find them on Apple's site.
Can someone enlighten me? ...please.
