Good point. Outside of the possible exception of my question to the previous post, I agree. / I wonder what the legal stance would be if a first party purchase the software illegally and then shortly thereafter resold to another unrelated (and unknowing) party (with or without other bits such as a computer). Is the second person then using it illegally? They never said that they were a student and would certainly not check the first parties credentials...In other words do the initial conditions apply for the initial user only or every user regardless of other conditions? / Cheers, Richard -- -- Mac UK is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and... 123Inkjets.com <http://lowendmac.com/ad/123inkjets.html> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Mac UK list info: <http://lowendmac.com/lists/mac-uk.shtml> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/mac-uk%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Mac?
