Taken from the EULA (for information):

'1. GRANT OF LICENSE. If you are a Qualified Educational User, Microsoft
grants you the following rights provided that you comply with all terms and
conditions of this EULA.
1.1 Installation and use. You may install a copy of the software on three
computers or other devices in your household for non-commercial use by
people who reside in your household.'

So as far as I understand it and in your case the answer is yes. Save
yourself some time, money and hassle and order from the Apple Store as Roger
suggests.
