The information presented is not litigious, it's just unfairly presented.
I think that if it is an unfair presentation through a public medium, which will have direct repercussions for sales, Apple have it in their power to make it litigious.
but, to be honest, I don't think they have ever valued the UK market enough to be bothered by things like this.
Apple do value the UK market as it is one of their bigggest European markets alongside France and Germany.
I agree with the last part and disagree with the first part :0]
Just enjoy being part of a knowledgeable elite. And long may it remain so. I do not buy into this growth for growth's sake stuff, as long as the market is secure and there is little doubt that that is the case.
