If you are not too often needing this you could just set the iBook mail application to not delete mails from server. Then you have then still when you get home and download mails on Desktop Mac. If you send one and want a copy on the Desktop Mac you can bcc to yourself. Or use web access if your account gives you that. Or get Gmail account which can be set as a pop account but also keeps all the mails for possible future reference. all the best Brian
