I mailed him and asked how he could sell a computer with an OS that
isn't even released yet
Got a reply (unexpectedly) with the link http://www.osx86project.org/
So it's basically a hacked A-Pod
I also reported it to eBay under the 'Misleading Titles' rule ;-)
