I also reported it to eBay under the 'Misleading Titles' rule ;-)

I also reported him, but for breach of software copyright. I spoke to afriend of mine who cruises eBay US A alot and apparently this seller has been prevented from selling in the USA for similar offenses relating to the same type of 'product'.
