Same experience for us, with Zen Internet. Eclipse are good too; we
used them for dialup years ago and our daughter and son in law use
them for broadband and are very satisfied. There's always

Hi everyone
Can anyone recommend a small business/work from home broadband
package?
What are your experiences?
I am in a major connurbation, my BT exchange has ADSL and I am in
a Telewest
area for cable.
I must emphasise that I am looking for business use rather than
consumer but
a fairly basic package not more than 2 Meg.
I've been very happy with the quality of service and support from
my ISP -
www.fireflyuk.net - they have a variety of packages and offer
things like
fixed IP addresses very cheaply.
One of the biggest plusses to me is that when calling with a
problem (which
is rare) you actually get to speak to a human being who seems to
understand
the business and your problem !
Oh and they aren't scared of Mac users.
