What happens in the drop-down lists - for example, in the Font name
list - does the down-arrow function in there?
Have a look in Tools - Customise - Keyboard - Shortcut Keys - can you
scroll down using down-arrow in there?
What is the text in there at right hand side next to "Down" and "Up"?
