Down Arrow key works A-Ok in both the Font name list and Shortcut
Keys list. It's body of a document that's the problem it seems.
However, unlike the other arrow keys in that Shortcut Keys list,
Down Arrow has no command set -- it's blank on the right side,
unlike the others like Up Arrow saying To Top Line and Left Arrow
says To Character Left, etc.
That is where your problem is then!
It should say "To Line Below".
"Category" > "Navigate" > "Function" > "To Line Below".
If this works please update the issue with this solution.
