Probably not enough time for 3.1, because I would like to see as many as possible shortcuts fixed in one release. Not necessarily all of them, but it's not a good idea to change 2-3 shortcuts / release due to documentation, help, ... And if we will have more shortcuts, we can make "bigger PR" ;-) From this point of view, >= m41 is better choice. But as I said, it depends on roadmap and results of meeting. Anyway still no success with my SVN access. My migration issue isn't still fixed yet, added to svn migration meta issue, doesn't help, uploaded SSH key via EIS doesn't work ...
