Regarding Cmd-M: In this instance I thought that we could change the
default formatting shortcut to Ctrl-M for the mac instead.
My idea is to go through HIG, select all possible shortcuts and fix
all of them in systematic way.
Keep in mind that a lot of them are configurable in the keyboard
settings. The fixed ones like Cmd-W and Cmd-M - that are the same in all
locales - can be worked around, though.
