Something seems to be attempting to install the Flip4Mac plugins and quicktime components, but it's complaining that these receipts are out of date. You could try moving both of these to a directory outside of /Library/Receipts and see if that helps you install. I don't believe either of these packages have anything to do with Mac FUSE though; but maybe the receipts database is out of date.
