One problem with 10.5 PPC support will be Xcode 4 because it includes only the 
10.6 Intel SDK. As far as I know Xcode 4 can produce binaries compatible with 
10.5 Intel but not PPC. I guess there will be no Xcode 3 version for Lion. In 
the end we would be stuck with Xcode 3.
