Tom, I had the same problem as you. Downloaded MacFuse on a Mac running OS X 10.7 and found that it's incompatible, and that it won't install. Awesome... Downloaded AppZapper and deleted it that way. I don't know if it fully deleted the program, but it's gone from my preference pane. Really makes me angry that nothing was posted on the website about this incompatibility and that I had to go through all this trouble to get the crap software off my computer!
