Hi Rocky,
Did you install the old 2.0.2|3 version? Its uninstall infrastructure is
not compatible with Lion.
The latest unofficial MacFUSE release should work well on Lion, and you
should be able to install it on top of your current broken installation.
After this, uninstalling should work.
