Hi Rocky,

Did you install the old 2.0.2|3 version? Its uninstall infrastructure is not compatible with Lion. The latest unofficial MacFUSE release should work well on Lion, and you should be able to install it on top of your current broken installation. After this, uninstalling should work.
You can download it here:

I installed MacFUSE and the installer package said it was successful,
but now when I open it in the preferences it says it does not appear
to be installed and does not have the option to uninstall. I would
like to remove it if I cannot use it. Any ideas on how to uninstall?

Thanks,
~Rocky
