Hello people,

After some more research, I think I believe that the network slowness 
I've been seeing is not Insight's problem. I tried again yesterday to 
download from my machine at work (that is, before our cable and then 
power went out), and got a whopping modem-like 5.5KB/sec, but downloads 
from other parts of the 'net functioned just fine.

I hope our power comes back up by tonight, so that I can track the 
problem down... and so all the fish in the freezer doesn't thaw.
