Bill, I agree, this slow download/connection situation has only been evident recently. Two weeks ago I would have no complaints. Funny thing though, the Speed Test gave me the same result two weeks ago as I got today. If I believed in a conspiracy, or at least a collusion, I would think the broadband supplier can sense when a speed test is conduct and opens the pipe for the next few minutes.
Yes I do use the hands-free phone feature.
