My webpages also load slower than they used to. I thought it was Safari
or my overclogged computer. - Now i am not so sure. Do you want to know
how long it took me to try to get an answer from Insight? Let me tell
you - three and a half hours !!!! and then it made a howl and a busy
sign and that ended it. I was cut off totally. I called back on the
line for a new installation. The REAL voice came within a minute or
so!- Well-- what ensued I rather not say, but i had two people call
me the next day with apologies that did not hold water.===I have a
speaker phone, so I simply tried to see how long one would actually
have to wait, if one wouldn't give up after a half hour. Those two
voices competing with each other on telling the praises of Insight and
how they would quickly get to me because they are so eager to serve me,
went like a mantra and put me into a trance!
