Last night I had to boot into OS 9 to do something and when I booted back into OS X this morning, I found that my desktop didn't look the same. The icons, which I had made smaller, were large again. The menu bar was no longer displaying the time and several other menu bar icons were missing.
When I tried to launch my email program (QuickMail Pro), I got a "this application has unexpectedly quit" message. I restarted several times and each time got this behavior. I've booted back into 9 so I can work (and send email). Any clues on what might have happened and how to remedy it?
