I'm sorry it was not made more clear to you. Here is what is done to 
answer such questions.

The Web page for the list has instructions for posting, and its address 
is (theoretically) appended at the bottom of every message.

On the first of every month, a frequently asked questions message is 
sent to the list. It has instructions for posting.

Have you any suggestions for what more should be done?
