When I restarted my Powerbook after this update, it took a bit longer 
than usual to load everything, so I was staring at the blue  screen and 
the beachball for quite a while -- but it was more like 3 or 4 minutes, 
not 15. If it still hasn't come up, I'd try shutting it down and 
restarting again.
