If you can print an 8x10 in iPhoto, but not the 4x6, then I suspect
something is wrong with the 4x6 file. You were working on a copy?
Right? Go back to the original and make a new file for the 4x6 and
try printing it...jf

ps Since I was responding to your first post when this one came in,
here is a general fix for printer spool problems.

1. If you haven't done it again, delete the job and close the
printers dialog window.
2. Open Printer Setup, select the R220 in the Printer List and Delete
it.
3. Turn the printer off, then back on.
4. Click the Add icon and Select the R220 again. Quit Printer Setup.
5. Open Systems Prefs/Print and Fax, and verify that your R220 is
present.
6. In the Application you're printing from choose File/Page Setup/
Format for: R220, then Settings: Save as default.
6. Then Print, in the print dialog box verify Printer: Epson R220.
