Oh, I haven't given up on that at all. I simply tried what they said
I should do, just put the USB into the computer, but when I have more
time, I shall stick it right into the airport and see. The way it was
set up, and Ward brought out the Mac at the time I bought it , he had
the printer cable go into the hub, the hub cable connecting to my
iMac, but my other two computers just printed from wherever they were
in the house via airport. This is a new challenge for an old worn out
mind, but we'll try it. The person at Epson just gave me the driver
file numbers and said I should connect the cable to the laptop
proper. I only called him to ascertain that my printer would be
workable on this new Tiger OS .-The printer i am talking about is an
old C40UX. I shall update you on it. Was there in your case none of
the printers at all connected in some way to a computer?
I have my powerbook to work with still, too, and another printer.
However, I was glad to at least have a reasonable set-up a the moment
and I am able to print.
