No Mini here, a friend has on and it helps with the media drive
spinup business. There are several FireWire companion drives that are
the same footprint as the Mini at similar price points. 7200 RPM full
size enclosures offer better value without the kewl factor. All
things equal, I have found LaCie to be reliable...jf
