MoH is the application that allows you to receive incoming calls, caller ID etc. Apple added support for V92 modems with version 10.2x. Not all ISP's have continued to support MoH on V92 modems. Your problem might be solved by turning off call waiting etc in modem preferences which will kill MoH.app...jf
