Hmm, I should mention that she will need to open some ports in the 
firewall so that IChat will work. The numbers are:

AOL IM port: 5190
Rendezvous Messaging port: 5298
iChat AV port Messaging port: 5060, 16384-16403
iChat Rendezvous port: 5297, 5298
