What kind of printable DVDs did you purchase?  I looked at the ones at 
Office Depot but didn't purchase them because the ones they had at the 
time were not DVD-R, which is what I need with my G5.  What kind did you 
get that the photographer said was incompatible with most machines?

I ended up getting printable DVD-Rs at Walmart, but haven't used them 
yet because I've not yet finished the longer projects.  I'm still using 
the paper labels on projects 15 minutes or less, for I figured they'd 
not get hot and melt off in that short time.  Haven't had problems with 
that yet, but wanted the printable DVDs, just to be safe, for the longer 
videos.

A couple different folks have given instructions for printing text in 
white on the R220, so that is no longer a problem.  Let me know if you 
need those directions

I have yet to print DVDs on the R220, and from you're saying, I don't 
really want to, but don't want that package of DVDs to go to waste.  
I've not had any trouble designing the label, but it sounds like the 
printing of it may be a pain.
