Bill, Harry, and Jerry; I don't when or how I did it, but my About iTunes in the menu bar now shows I do have iTunes 4. Don't have the vaguest idea how it happened; every time I had attempted to install,I would check that and it always showed as iTunes 3 before. I've had a lot on my mind lately... have open-heart surgery scheduled for May 20th. Maybe it did show up on sucp before and I just didn't remember it. Oops! Thanks to all.
Actually, I seldom even use iTunes, myself. But my daughter is coming from Los Angeles on the 14th to be with me for a few days before the surgery (and during and after, of course) and she's a true music freak. I really was eager to have it for her to use.
