All of a sudden my iMAC (G3, 600mghz, running 9.2 and I have or had osX
installed) started flashing a small window that says
"The disk "Macintosh HD" appears to be damaged. Use a disk repair utility to
repair the disk."

All of the folders and info from my desktop have disappeared.

I ran the Disk First Aid, It says "Problem: Invalid key Length 4, 7167"
Cannot repair.

Then I ran my Apple hardware CD and it says that everything appears OK????????

Sherlock says, "Unable to search this volume "Macintosh HD" because of
unexpected errors occurred.

When I go to Startup Disk in the Control Panel, osX does not appear.

What should I do next? Any help would be appreciated.
