Cathy: Did you set your password on the router using a web browser?
On the Windows box did you access it using the Network control panel? Have you used Google to search for the router docs? Did you reset the router? Usually there's a small button you can press with the tip of a pen. As to internet access, can't you plug directly into your modem to get access?
