Have you unplugged the Wireless router, waited awhile and then plug it  
back in?  It should reset and become green and stay green all the  
time, not orange.   It sounds like the wireless is having a hard time  
communicating with your router.

I had a Xerox printer that HAD to have a certain IP or it wouldn't  
run.  Since the router assigns the IP's the only way I could get it to  
work was to take the computers off line, plug in the printer and wait  
for the router to assign the IP the printer was calling for, then I  
could turn the computer's back on and they would accept whatever IP  
the router assigned.   The printer had to stay on all the time, or if  
the electric went out I had to be sure the first thing back on was the  
printer.   Crazy way to make a printer.
