This happened to me too, out of the blue it seemed. Go to sys preferences-- network and click the padlock on the bottom that says lock to prevent further changes. That message will go away. Whenever you need to change anything in the future, click the padlock and enter your password. There may be some file somewhere that is causing this, but I don't what it is.
