docx is another bulls**t Office "upgraded" format that drives many
people crazy. There are some converters out there you might find, just
Google "docx mac" and you'll find a few.

If you've got Office for Mac, I think there are some plug-ins for Word
that will convert docx. Could be for Neo- or OpenOffice.

It might be easier to contact the person that sent it to you and ask
them to get their head out of their behind and use a format that
everyone can utilize. You might want
