if you can post the results of the test, it would be easier to explain
"Ping" and "Jitter".

Basically Ping is how long it takes a request from one computer to another,
to respond. (now this is a very basic explanation, i am sure there are
others in the list who can explaing it better.)  "Jitter", on the other hand
, has a different reference as to your 'bandwidth' usage, I use Jitter as
part of the information i look at to see if my online connection will
support voice.  hope this didn't confuse the issue more.
